Refund and Returns Policy


Return & Refund Policy

Overview

– You have 14 days to return products from the date of delivery.
– Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
– You can initiate a return via your customer account or by calling our customer service at 01113217980.


Free Returns (Defective or Incorrect Items)

You have the right to return the product within 14 days free of charge if:

  • The item is defective or not working properly.
  • The item does not match the description on the website.
  • The item is fake or damaged due to shipping.

✅ In this case, a full refund will be processed within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
  • Include all accessories, gifts, or promotional items (if any).
  • Be unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Be factory sealed, especially in the case of replacements.
  • Have any passwords or locks removed from the device before return.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in a rejection of the return request.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification confirming:

  • We received your item.
  • Whether your refund is approved or rejected.

✅ If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company – processing may take time.
  3. Contact your bank – some delays can occur.

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact customer support.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact customer service.
You’ll then receive instructions on where to send your item.


Shipping Returns

If you’re returning an item for any reason other than a defect, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Please follow these steps:

Repack the item in its original packaging with all labels and tags.

Send it back within 14 days of the delivery date.
